INGREDIENTS

3oz Monterey Gin (from the freezer)

Cap full or Bar Spoon full of Dry Vermouth

1 lemon twist or 3 olives skewered on a cocktail pick, for garnish

METHOD

Pour gin and dry vermouth in cocktail shaker with ice.

Stir well, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with lemon twist or olives.
