Monterey’s Passion Bees Knees

INGREDIENTS

• 40ml Monterey Gin

• 10ml Passion fruit liquor

• 20ml Fresh lemon juice

• 10ml Passion fruit juice

• *2tsp Honey Syrup

*Honey syrup: Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan over medium heat to create honey syrup.

METHOD

• Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake firmly to produce the foam texture.

• Pour into a chilled cocktail glass preferably a coupe glass.

• Garnish with a lemon twist.
